West Bay, Dorset.
Earlier today this picture was here with the wrong title. The sea is, indeed at the top of the page but the line across the middle is a metal hand rail. The lower part of the picture is the beach - lots of little pebbles. You can see the original, colour version at Metal Hand Rail.

Hello Kwarkito - I have to apologise. When you visited earlier the wrong title was here. The sea is, indeed in this picture - at the top of the page. But the photo is intersected by a metal hand rail, with a beach of small pebbles in the lower third.
It makes an interesting abstract image in black and white. I like the colour version, too.
