Hello Magiceye, Hermes, Mo and Luis - Glad you like the 'Buckets and Blades' picture.
Bill and Toffeeapple - Fire Buckets -yes! And not a push mower but the kind that is pulled behind a small tractor! The tow-bar is foreshortened because of the height and angle from which I took the photo.
Bill - I'm sorry to disappoint but I don't think there's much of a story here. It's at a camp site in Northumberland. The mower is to keep the grass short where the tents and caravans go - and the buckets are lined up against the wall of a hall where there's a telephone, a table-tennis table and a television.
simply attractive!!
ReplyDeleteHmm. The business end of an old manual push mower and a row of red plastic cups. There must be a story here somewhere.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great eye you have. I would never have 'seen' this.
ReplyDeleteLove that red
ReplyDeleteAre those old 'Fire' buckets? They look marvellous with the lawn mower blades.
ReplyDeleteGreat image. Wonderful composition Lucy.

Wonderful place to stay - near Hadrian's Wall.
Interesting combination. I like the sound of the title. :)
ReplyDeleteHello James. I like work place scenes and don't often get the chance to take pictures of them.
