I hate to see garbage piled up in places like that. Sadly, there really isn't any place in the world where humans haven't left some kind of trash behind.
I don't know what will happen if there is a rain storm! There are white crosses on some of these drains. I saw council workers putting them there and thought that meant they would come back to unblock them. No. Don't know what the crosses are for. They look pretty horrid too!

That is a sad sight Lucy. I was taught never to leave litter around but take it with you. People have no feelings of responsibility anymore.
