The blue is a nice contrast to the rusty hasp. Because of the lock, I'd assume this building is not occupied, only an occasional visitor.
Looks like a storage locker at a self-storage unit here in the states. I would guess the door is metal with a wood-like texture?? Superb shot, Lucy!
It must contain a valuable car - but I would have opted for a better solution. Nicely spotted!
