Hi Andy - looks like it, doesn't it? I couldn't decide whether this was a smart block or cheap and tatty.
It almost has an art deco feel about it.
Hi Bill. I find it an interesting building and see what you mean about being influenced by art deco .. which, I think, looks all very well when new but,if not beautifully maintained, goes 'off' after a while.
