Hello Gerald. It's good that it's cut at all, given its location. It's an odd hedge too, almost free-standing by the bus-stop at http://tinyurl.com/kc6paa5Hi Rune. Oddly, those leaves don't belong to the hedge but have been blown in from elsewhere.
