I'd say reflection - except it could have only been reflecting me and I wasn't wearing red! The cliffs behind are a sort of orange. That sounds dreadful but they are very dramatic. So maybe the rail was picking up something from them and bending it in with the blue / grey of the metal?
I like this version, and it has very interesting textures, too, but I think I liked the black and white better, as visual art. Maybe because it's so dramatic and the eye isn't certain what it's seeing.
