Hello Susan. This wheel must have been abandoned for a while, chucked aside on a patch of grass with a load of other rubbish. I love living here - but there is LOTS of litter, and fly-tipping (lorries or vans taking piles of rubbish and tipping them out in front of farm gates etc.) is unfortunately very common.
Wow, that truly is rusty! Nice contrast with the green, though. Great texture picture.
