Hello Flighty. This particular hydrangea is the only one I've ever appreciated. I have no idea how it manages to produce such a variety of colours in the one bush nor such subtlety in colours. Most hydrangeas I've come across have been either bland and uniform or a bit messy. I have been won over by this one though.
Hello Taken for Granted. I've not dried hydrangeas before and don't know whether it will work nor how well they will keep their colours. I suspect I should have hung these flowers in the dark somewhere rather than in the window but I'm enjoying seeing them every day. If you do decide to dry some too, let me know how you get on.
Wonderful plants and flowers. xx
ReplyDeleteHad not thought about drying my hydrangea flowers. I will give it a try.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful variations in colors.
ReplyDeleteThey look so pretty!

ReplyDeleteHello Susan. They really are lovely colours, aren't they? They would look good on a fabric too.
