Pat - nature has grabbed the traffic cone but it will have a challenge to break it down and re-absorb it. That's the trouble with plastic!
Have you seen Pirates of the Caribbean Two? (I think I mean Two.) Will Turner's father has been melded into the wooden walls of the ship and is covered in sea creatures etc. You only really notice him when he speaks. This cone reminds me of that.
