I would have had to have had quite a few guesses to come up with yew berries.

I like that there is at least one bright, freshly fallen leaf by the berry amongst the other decaying leaves.
That berry stands out so well amongst those glorious colours.
There is a slight 'transparency' to the Yew berries, they never appear to be as solid in colour as, say, a Hawthorn berry. Lovely shot Lucy.
You know the value of a red point when you see it!
