I love harbors full of boats and the light here is just about perfect. Regarding ownership... A boat is a hole in the water into which you throw money (or something like that!). It is even better to have a good friend with a boat.
The two greatest days for boat owners are the day they purchase the boat, and the day the sell the boat. I've noticed that most of the boats I see are for sale.
