Yes. Definitely seaweed. If I can find out what kind this particular one is I'll add the name here. I should have taken closer pictures while I had the opportunity. That would have made an ID easier.
Depending on the weather I may return to take more photos of red seaweeds. When it rains the cliff becomes unstable - and one needs a bit of a storm for the sea to toss up these kinds of weed.
At first I thought it was fishing net or something Lucy, is it really seaweed?
