Hello Pat. I think the yellow box thing was about ten inches tall. Something like that. It's fixed to one of the scaffolding poles which support wooden boards which are either a walkway for people working on a building or to stop debris falling onto pedestrians below. I think the latter because the planks are held at a slant. Does that help with ID?
