PIGEON WITHOUT A REFLECTION

Some blogs get missed. I don't know why - so I'd like to take this occasion to recommend one of them.

Wow, I cannot imagine anything I would want to change. It is delightful to be to be recommended by another blogger. I already have a new follower (Pat Tillett) who came to me from your blog. Knowing there is at least one person who thinks my blog has something to offer just makes my day.

Lucy, thank you so much. Your support means the world to me.

Is that building work on the right - now that is a novelty!

Great image, as always. I'm glad to see you're mentioning other bloggers--there are so many great ones out there, and it's impossible to keep up with all of them, unfortunately.

Hello Nouvelles Couleurs. Glad you like the pigeon without a reflection. Sometimes I know why I like a picture and sometimes all I know is that I like it - this is one of the latter.

Hello Rita. I am glad Pat is following you. He is a very interesting person with rich experience and sharp humour.

Hello Woody. I have spent ages peering into this picture, counting the bricks on the chimneys, examining distinguishing marks . . . I was planning to contribute this photo to Weekend Reflections but where there is no reflection there can be no submission!

Hello Hermes. Yes. Quite energetic building going on. It seems an extra storey is being added to an old building.

Hello Jodi. It's a puzzle to me why some blogs attract enormous followings (some rightly so and some . . . I wonder why!) while others, equally interesting, don't. The 365 memes are very popular. However, my main joy with photographs is to see good ones, regardless of when they have been taken. Rita of Cashjockey must have a massive archive and her photos are full of character, showing me scenes of North American life that I don't tend to come across elsewhere. They really are very good.

The chimney seems to give a signature to sky.

Thank you for your visit.

Good weekend
