First in Dorset. Now West Yorkshire - Mostly Halifax . . . Getting to know the place.
Hmm. The business end of an old manual push mower and a row of red plastic cups. There must be a story here somewhere.
What a great eye you have. I would never have 'seen' this.
Love that red
Are those old 'Fire' buckets? They look marvellous with the lawn mower blades.
Great image. Wonderful composition Lucy.
Hello Magiceye, Hermes, Mo and Luis - Glad you like the 'Buckets and Blades' picture.Bill and Toffeeapple - Fire Buckets -yes! And not a push mower but the kind that is pulled behind a small tractor! The tow-bar is foreshortened because of the height and angle from which I took the photo.Bill - I'm sorry to disappoint but I don't think there's much of a story here. It's at a camp site in Northumberland. The mower is to keep the grass short where the tents and caravans go - and the buckets are lined up against the wall of a hall where there's a telephone, a table-tennis table and a television.Wonderful place to stay - near Hadrian's Wall.
Interesting combination. I like the sound of the title. :)
Hello James. I like work place scenes and don't often get the chance to take pictures of them.
