Hello Mo - these leaves do seem to jump out at one!
Hello Rune and Wayne - when deciduous trees are busy changing to autumn colours and shedding their leaves, and evergreens are looking a bit tired and dusty - these bright and new and big and green leaves are something of a surprise.
Thanks Magic Eye.
Hello Toffee Apple - probably not! But, speaking of wood - the twigs are brown and furry, like antlers.
Oh, and Woody - the very deep grooves sort of crumples them so they are thick.
Everyone - For these plants to be where they are and in such a bunch, I would have expected them to be very common and cheap to buy and everyone would say 'oh no, not them again!'. (They are about five foot high.)

Very vibrant
Ah - GREEN leaves :-)
Love this!
Green? We're pretty much brown and dead around here :-(
This color pops very nicely and the textured are awesome.
Probably not Dogwood then...
