Late last year, Google / Blogger changed its storage arrangements for photographs. This disrupted some blogs for a while and I move to a new URL at M2!
Now things have settled down and we have all been given extra space so I'm reverting to posting daily pictures here.
I hummed and ha-ed about this for a while because it will, inevitably, cause confusion. (And a lot of work for me catching up from November till now. In the long run, though, I'm thinking it will be better because, this way, the labels in the sidebars will connect all the pictures.
The short term downside will be that people who are still signed up to receive posts by email may find themselves inundated with pictures while I catch up. I hope this will be more of a pleasure than an irritation.

Good to see you back Happy New Year.
Thanks Adrian - especially as you are one of those who made the trek over to the other blog and now back here. It's something of a homecoming
- and I'm trying to catch up with
http://picturesjustpictures.blogspot.co.uk/
too because some people prefer the black background and, even though I'm erratic with posting there, it still has lots of followers.
Lucy
i signed up :)
Hi, Tina. That was quick! Thanks for signing up for following.
I am still signed up to this one so I didn't have to go looking for you. Welcome home!
I love the picture.
Hello Toffeeapple. It does, indeed, feel like coming home - so thank you for your welcome.
The picture . . . in re-painting the railings, the council has chosen a colour that matches the sea as it often is.
Welcome back. I see you found an unusual blue and white mushroom, and I like this photo a great deal.
Hi, Taken for Granted. Thanks for the welcome-back! (I think, unless you are The Hulk or Iron Man, you might find you'd break your teeth on this particular mushroom!)
I like your undiscovered places. =) Saw the link in a comment on Tina's blog and decided to check it out.
Glad to follow you. Is a great image!
There is no irritation, only pleasure in viewing your photos. Welcome back, Lucy.
Bises,
Genie
I wondered why I got all these pictures and some of them I had seen before :) I never get tired of looking at your composition Lucy, but I may not comment on every one...time always pushes on.
Lucy, as you well know, not all mushrooms are edible. I would not try to put this one into the soup any more than I would an aminita muscaria. I still like the photo.
Hello Desertskyquilts. Glad you followed the link and arrived here!
Thanks Carraol.
Hello Chuck. Apologies again for the inundation. Double for you as I have bursts of catching up with Pictures Just Pictures too. There aren't many left to re-post here from M2. And thanks for the comments you leave. I really don't expect anyone to comment on every one.
Hi Taken for Granted - then your teeth as well as your digestion are safe!
Genie - Thanks for your welcome-back and kind complement.
Would you believe due to a lack of postings I just deleted "Message in a Milk Bottle" from blogs I follow. Now that you are back I'm back.
