Hi, Andy. You are right. I'm developing a thick skin about crawling around in the streets and crouching in doorways to get shots of grass and other plants in urban settings. It's astonishing and exciting how many there are.
Hi, Toffeeapple. I took a photograph yesterday of ferns growing up the wall from behind a drainpipe between estate agents. I'll post that tomorrow and you can say whether it's the kind of thing you too came across.

I was in a local coaching town yesterday and noticed ferns growing up a wall, from ground to roof. It was very pretty.
