Hi Rune. I went to the top of this lighthouse when it was open to the public but not very touristy. There was little protection from falling as one went up the spiral staircase. (Though it was wide enough to feel safe.) At the top, there were wooden boxes to stand on so you could stand there looking through the windows at the sea. Since it was vamped up people have to pay to go in - which makes sense for those coming here on holiday but it isn't practical if you live locally and simply want to pop in now and then for a time of quiet and simply 'looking'.
