PLANT ON WALL (AGAIN)

Sow thistle (?) grows for another year on red brick wall

This plant has grown on this wall for several years, dying down in winter and regrowing in the spring.
Here it is flowering June 2015.

Those thistles might discourage someone from trying to climb over that all. Like the colors in your photo.
