PROOF OF EXISTENCE - SOUTHAMPTON RAILWAY STATION

An update on absence.

Top of carriage, roof with peeling pain, roof with railings, Southampton Station

Total and repeated technology failure has kept me off air for a while. It's been quite a while since my camera broke for a second time - and it may still be another couple of weeks before it comes back from the menders. In the meantime . . . I've borrowed a camera on a short loan - which means I can post a picture here today to show I've not forgotten you!
Depending on the weather and various other variables, more photos may follow . . . but even if they don't, don't give up on me. Hopefully I'll be up and running properly again soon.

To keep us going till things settle. . . here's Southampton Station a few days ago.

And here's a link to the latest post on my other blog,
Loose and Leafy - Life on a Borrowed Camera.

Hope you are all ok - do say!

Sorry to hear about your technology problems. Hope they are now all fixed. Like the composition of your photo.

Hello Taken for Granted. So good to hear from you. Technology problems, unfortunately, have not been fixed! After posting this, an email arrived from the camera manufacturer saying they don't have the parts to mend mine but they are offering to replace it with a different model. The one they offer really doesn't cover my needs so I'm floundering! Aaagh!

I'm SO glad to hear from you! I wondered where your inspiring pictures were. I hope the camera comes back better than ever and you are soon posting great shots again. I liked this one. At first I thought it was an airport shot, but sounds like a train station. The textures and colors are so interesting, whatever it is.

Hello Desertquilts. Yes - a train station. The oranges and red, and white with dots on at the foot of the picture are the roof of a carriage. (Southampton, Hampshire, England.)
