PATH

Steep, stone brick path with huge rock; nettles, ferns and trees beside.

Rainy day.

Looks like a steep, slippery path. Fine photo.

Hello Deepak. Unfortunately . . stairway to supermarket!

Juan - I like autumn and winter far better than summer, and don't much like spring at all.

Taken for Granted - it is VERY steep and after rain it's VERY slippery. In the past it must have been more frequently used for it to have been worth paving so well. Part of the area's industrial heritage I reckon. Perhaps they were scrubbed frequently or something in those days because now you have to hang onto the undergrowth in places not to go skidding down the slope. Not very practical if it were your daily route to work.

Thanks Toffeeapple. We haven't had much proper rain here either. A couple of stormy nights but apart from that drizzle now and then. But that drizzle immediately turns steps like these into a ski slope.
