Lovely photo. Like your composition. My ecologist friends are worried that pampas grass will become an invasive plant in North America as it is now mostly used in gardens.
OMG! Those grass look so so mind-charming. I Thought to use pampas grass for our room decoration when I was living in Santa Anna a year back. I heard many decor fanatics get their room or special events with pampas grass. By way thanks for sharing such a lovely pictue.

I see this more and more around here. I believe people are now including it in drought tolerant landscaping. I love the photo!
