I'm pretty sure I have slightly larger versions of that very plant growing in a couple of cracks in my driveway! This is much prettier than mine, though, with that stone and lichen around it.
If it's anything like its US cousins, it will definitely survive! They are practically impossible to get rid of here! Ice and snow don't do it. We were down to -15 C this winter, and they are growing in the same spots as last year!

I'm wondering if it will survive all the snow and ice which we have at present. Its decision that spring is imminent may have been premature.
