I'm glad it's going to be converted. It has good bones, and it's a shame to let it deteriorate.

Hello desertquilts. I'm delighted too. It seemed such a waste of a large and grand structure. To the non-architectural eye (mine!) it seemed beyond repair so I'm pleased to find I was wrong. Mind, it's hard to resist the romanticisation of these buildings. They would have been horrible places to work.
