Question of the day! LOL I might have thought a bicycle (mostly because that's the kind of lock my sons always used for theirs), but that looks awfully close to the edge of the street for that.
Hello Susan. I assumed a bike . . . but when I think about it, a bike just there would obstruct not the road but the pavement. When I come out of hospital I'll try to remember to go back to see if the lock is still there.

It would be interesting to see if anyone locks something there. Maybe a unicycle! =)
