Nature is taking over the streets! Foxgloves have been growing from the top of a stone wall across the road and I can see a hint of green in each direction along pavement edges.
Hello Voyage of the Eye. Same all round here - lots of plants in the streets. Except, that is, until today. I'm writing this on 12th July and have just returned from a walk through the neighbourhood. Someone seems to have gone around with weed killer and zapped lots of the plants growing along the edges of the walls. Not all streets have been 'done' but it's very sad to see. I expect they were feeling they were doing their civic duty while the council is busy or under-staffed. Foxgloves, though, can sometimes grow so high on walls they are out of the way of such attacks.

The determination on nature never ceases to astound me Lucy, even without any soil at all 💚
That was determination of nature 😉
Isn't the desire to live incredible? I'm always amazed by it. Thanks for a great example.

Hello Perth Daily Photo. I agree. No soil and still there are leaves of green.
Hello Susan. Yes. It's a sort of symbol of determination and strength.
