Hello Andy. Hand car washes are quite common in England. This one is close to the centre of town so will be ok but I understand that in some places the workers are slaves - imported into the country illegally and unable to leave that particular employment because they have no official status and could be deported. In this photo I really enjoyed the nature of the chairs - which seem 'out of place' elegant.
I can't quite place it, but that seems so "foreign", not British at all. I'm thinking America, or maybe because of the bright sunshine, somewhere tropical. Amazing photo, though :)

Hello Pat. I agree. For some reason it makes me think of some isolated, possibly abandoned, place in a USA desert! We must watch the same films!
Yes, West Texas abandoned! It's interesting colors and light quality.
