My first thought was that it was a grey melon - but that one would certainly break your teeth! My second thought was where's Gabion? Great to discover a new word I didn't know. So a gabion is one of those metal cages full of stones, eh? Great to have you back. Happy autumn!

Hello Desertquilts - shadows . . . couldn't do without them! Such pictures can be adjusted so the shadows disappear and more is revealed (in this case, more stones) . . . but everything would become everyday and that would be Boring.
