Thanks Adrian. I imagine you are well familiar with these hills?

No I have been a couple of times but they don't draw me back as the Lake District, Snowdownia and the Peak District do.
I am happy up here in the north of Scotland.
I prefer the Gower Peninsular but only mid-week in winter.

Beautiful color in the hills.

Terrific landscape. Love the subtle color pallet and the dark sky. Well done.

Adrian - it's interesting which countrysides draw different people. I'm not a Lake District fan. Of course, it's wonderful. It even has rain! But for all its wildness it seems tame. I expect I'm merely reacting to the touristy element. But the Brecon Beacons were empty of people. It was extraordinary. Unfortunately the towns seemed empty of people too. Many shops closed. General air of decline.

Hello Donna. The colours are wonderful. Completely different from the Black Mountains which are geographically next door.

Thanks, Taken for Granted.
