BLACK PLASTIC

Black plastic caught on barbed wire on hill top road.

Sometimes bleak is beautiful.

One saw an art show all about plastic caught on rural fences. Good subject for your photo.

I wonder how far it traveled, where it began the journey, what purpose it had before it become loose in the wind. I don't see that landscape as bleak, though it is a bit flat. =) Thanks for posting a thoughtful pic.

Hello Taken for Granted. Since moving to Halifax I've become fascinated by plastic caught on fences. I wish I had thought of filming this piece because it was really large and flapping so wildly and so balletically in the wind.

Hello Susan. I generally find flat is bleak, even when beautiful. Though this is only flat because it's on a ridge on the top of a hill which slopes down steeply down only a short distance from the edge of the road. The photograph posted on 24th September 2018 is taken at the same place only looking in a different direction. https://tinyurl.com/y7t6zdq8 Still bleak I reckon - but ever so hilly!
