Hello Susan I don't think the owner and the doll will have been reunited. It stayed on the pavement several days and when it vanished so did a tyre that had also been left on the pavement so I think someone has done some tidying. (Not a tyre from the picture the other day - different location and different size of tyre. Am puzzled by tyres being left around though!)
