You have brought to life, in your photographs, so many words I always had a feeling of the meaning, but not an absolute mental picture. Brambles is one. Stickery patch, I think, but this really makes it clear. I see it as a parallel to American tumble weeds, though they are absolutely dried out as they tumble in the wind. This is a nice contrast of green and blue and the stone, as well as stages of development. Thanks!
