Hello Taken for Granted. You are right. Some chairs in odd places can look as if they have been misplaced rather than abandoned. Or one might see a thrown-away chair and be tempted to sit on it. But this one is definitely 'abandoned'. No sense of care or invitation whatsoever.
Hello Desertquilts. Those Coke cans! There is something about the kind of red which means they can never be part of a scene, they have to dominate. I don't adjust my photos much but if ever I do and there's a coke can in view, even slight adjustments makes them shout even louder so one sees nothing but them.
For some reason this reminds me of a scene in the old Monty Python programmes, where John Cleese, in a suit, is sitting at a desk in the middle of some wasteland. All the best :)

That chair is no longer loved. Strong image.
It looks as if you took a seat, you would tip right over backwards! And a ubiquitous coke can, too!

I'll see if I can find that on YouTube or somewhere. John Cleese could be very bleak at times.
